2022-2023: Staff Scientist, Department of Civil Engineering, Aalto University
2016-2022: Post-doc at Sun Yat-sen University, University of Gustave Eiffel, and Aalto University

My research focuses on the geotechnical aspects of renewable energy infrastructure. I study soil-pile interactions in offshore wind turbines and erosions in earth dams. I employ a combination of elementary laboratory tests, centrifuge modelling & numerical analysis to address the challenges of sustainable energy infrastructure under complex environmental loads. I believe in vision & action.
I teach Mathematics, Geotechnical Engineering, Public Works and Electricity at the University Institute of Technology of Saint-Nazaire, Nantes University. I have also taught Soil–Pile Interaction at École Centrale de Nantes, École Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Étienne, and University of São Paulo (São Carlos campus). My teaching philosophy emphasises clarity, interactivity and student-centredness.
